Individual programs within the Command Center focus on meeting key goals
to maintain and improve the quality of life downtown throughout the
rebuilding process. Through these extensive programs the LMCCC will
ensure that projects move forward expeditiously and with the utmost
integrity while minimizing the impact of the rebuilding and
revitalization on residents, businesses, workers, commuters, and pedestrians.
