This work is part of Promenade South Segment 2 work

The state Department of Transportation is installing the final roadway pavement on a segment West Street this weekend. Crews will work from 5 a.m. Saturday through 5 a.m. Monday on West between J.P. Ward and Albany Street, closing a single northbound lane to complete the repaving work. SDOT reconstruction of the highway, also known as State Route 9A, continues in several other locations around the World Trade Center area under the Promenade South Segment 2 work.
