The residential conversion of 250 West Street wraps up in early 2013
The residential conversion of 250 West Street wraps up in early 2013

Renovation work at 250 West Street is wrapping up in early 2013, with the first Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) expected for the lower three stories this month. Under construction for about 18 months, the condominium adds 105 units to Tribecas west side, including a new rooftop penthouse. Located at the corner of Hubert Street, the 11-story former warehouse was converted into luxury condos by Newline Construction, and was delayed slightly by Hurricane Sandy flooding and utility outages. The full TCO is expected in February, when tenants will begin moving in.
