A new 13-story residential building is now under construction at 84 White Street. Located in Tribeca between Broadway and Lafayette Street, the tower is replacing the site of a former parking lot with a 32-unit building. Contractor Onekey LLC is performing the construction through mid-2013. Tenants are expected to begin moving in approximately fall 2013.
