Construction at 67 Liberty Street resumed in October 2011
The four-story building at 67 Liberty Street is getting a boost, with construction manager New Line Structures adding 16 stories. Located between Broadway and Liberty Place, the former office building has been converted to residential space rising 20 stories.
The developer began construction in March 2008. Work was put on hold in late 2009, but resumed in October 2011. The project was completed in spring 2013.
