50 Franklin November 2008 

Construction of a new 18-story residential tower began at 50 Franklin Street in September 2007. Located near Lafayette Street in Chinatown, the tower replaced a street-level parking lot.

Contractor CM & Associates developed the tower, designed by Rawlings Architects. It opened in spring 2009.
