Two new buildings are now complete in north Tribeca at 450 Washington Street, between Watts and Desbrosses Streets. The two new residential buildings are 15 stories and 11 stories (connected via a sky bridge), both with partial commercial/retail space. Gotham Construction opened the buildings in spring 2009.
