Construction of a seven-story, mixed-use building is complete at 414 Washington Street. Located at the corner of Laight Street in Tribeca, the building was finished at the end of 2007. The primarily loft-style residential structure was designed by architect Joseph Pell Lombardi to suit Tribeca's historically industrial style of architecture. It is a sister building to 415 Washington across the street.
