A new 14-story residential building is under construction at 40 Gold Street, just south of Fulton Street. The new structure replaces the former two-story brick building at the corner of Edens Alley. Contractor MJM Construction expects to conclude work there by January 2010.

• Fit out continues through approximately March 2010
• Concrete pump operations will occur on November 18 and November 20, 2009 from 7am to 3pm, resulting in a full road closure on Gold Street
