Two five-story former commercial buildings at 371 Broadway are now part of the downtown residential renaissance. Located in Tribeca between Franklin and White Streets, a 20-story tower will be built atop the existing structures, with steel replacing the original wood frames. Construction manager DCI-New York will begin adding 15 stories to convert the site to a condominium tower. The project's completion date is slated for mid-2014.
