32 Pearl Street renovation should be complete in spring 2013

A new eight-story hotel is under construction at 32 Pearl Street, between Broad and Wall Streets. The former apartment building at the site is being converted into a Hampton Inn by construction manager W & L Group, which expects to complete the project in 2013. (It's overall completion schedule was delayed by Hurricane Sandy flooding repair work.)
