24 John Street weekday crane lifts continue
24 John Street work began in early 2012

The former six-story office building at 24 John Street is being converted to a new, 21-story hotel. Located between Broadway and Nassau Streets, the building will have new steel added to raise its total height. Foundation work took place in early 2010, and construction on the new superstructure began in January 2012. The new four-star, 90-room hotel and ground-floor restaurant is expected to open in early 2014.
