Conversion construction of a new eight-story commercial building is underway at 20 Mott Street, located in Chinatown between Chatham and Mosco Streets. Foundations were completed in March 2009, and the new steel superstructure was completed in the summer. Contractor Apollo Builders completed the building in summer 2010.
