In the heart of the Financial District, 15 William Street is open as a 47-story condominium tower. Neighboring downtown’s hallmark eatery Delmonico’s and the bustling restaurant strip on Stone Street, the new building is nestled at the five-point intersection where William, South William, and Beaver Streets meet. (See the FAQs below for addtional details.)

The tower’s façade is charcoal around its lower half, gradually incorporating bright-yellow colored blocks toward the top -- a feature that the architects say make the building “glow” both night and day.
At the base the building houses an underground parking garage with 229 spaces. The garage’s entrance is incorporated into the building’s façade design to make it appear less utilitarian and has interior space for 10 cars to queue off of Beaver Street.
Tsao & McKown Archictects designed the building to suit the Financial District's relatively narrow corridors by being set 20 feet back from the curbs on William and Beaver Streets. By opening up the front area, the building will better accommodate the flow of foot traffic at the five-pointed intersection, where Delmonico’s restaurant also is located.
